Comprehensive Extraction Experiment Device

Through this device, students can familiarize themselves with the structure, process flow, and structural functions of each component of rotary extraction towers and vibratory extraction towers; understand the proper operation of extraction towers; determine the influence of rotational speed on separation and purification efficiency in rotary extraction towers and calculate the height of a mass transfer unit (HTU); as well as determine the influence of vibration frequency on separation and purification efficiency in vibratory extraction towers and calculate the HTU.

♥ 1. This device can conduct rotary extraction and vibratory extraction experiments.

♥ 2. It can display the basic structures, operation methods, and process flows of rotary extraction towers and vibratory extraction towers.

♥ 3. Observe the flow conditions of light and heavy phases inside the extraction tower when the rotary speed changes, understand the main influencing factors of extraction operations, and investigate the effect of extraction operation conditions (rotary speed) on the extraction process.

♥ 4. Observe the flow conditions of light and heavy phases inside the extraction tower when the vibration frequency changes, understand the main influencing factors of extraction operations, and investigate the effect of extraction operation conditions (vibration frequency) on the extraction process.

♥ 5. The tower body is transparent and visible, allowing clear observation of the internal structure, working principle, and flow of raw materials inside the extraction tower.

♥ 6. It can observe abnormal operation states of the extraction tower: flooding experimental phenomena.

♥ 7. Equipment appearance and dimensions: The device is constructed with a high-quality aluminum alloy frame and casters, with overall dimensions no larger than 2200mm×580mm×1800mm (length×width×height).
