Heterogeneous Separation Demonstration Experiment Device

Through this device, students can understand the structures of gas-solid systems in gravity settling chambers, inertial settling chambers, cyclone separators, and bag filters; while learning about the separation characteristics of gas-solid systems in these devices; and analyzing the energy consumption characteristics of cyclone separators.

♥ 1. Capable of demonstrating the structures, working principles, and industrial processing flows of various separation equipment in gas-solid systems;

♥ 2. Able to observe the separation conditions inside each separator by adjusting the wind speed;

♥ 3. The star feeder, orifice plate flowmeter, and various separation equipment in the device are transparent and visible, allowing observation of the internal structures of the equipment, with physical photos provided as proof;

♥ 4. The animation content presents the structures of the star feeder, orifice plate flowmeter, gravity settling chamber, inertial settling chamber, cyclone separator, and bag filter in the heterogeneous separation demonstration experimental device, as well as the separation conditions in different separators, in an all-round and multi-angle manner;

♥ 5. Equipment appearance and dimensions: The device is required to adopt a high-quality aluminum alloy frame with casters, with dimensions no larger than 1480mm×580mm×1800mm (length×width×height).
