Constant – Pressure Filtration Experiment Device
Students can familiarize themselves with the structure and installation sequence of the plate and frame filter press through this device; learn the filtration constant and specific resistance under constant pressure; and learn the relationship between filtration pressure and specific resistance.

♥ 2. The device features professionalism, aligning with teaching syllabi and designing educational content that meets the requirements of engineering education accreditation: it can measure the filtration constant and specific resistance under constant pressure;
♥ 3. The device is equipped with a washing process, allowing students to learn the determination method and operation of the washing rate;
♥ 4. Compressed air is introduced into the pneumatic stirring disc at the bottom of the pressurized tank through a constant-pressure regulating valve to achieve pneumatic dosing;
♥ 5. Equipment appearance and dimensions: The device is required to adopt a high-quality aluminum alloy frame with casters, with dimensions no larger than 2200mm×580mm×1400mm (length×width×height).
