Reynolds Number Demonstration Experiment Device

Through this device, students can understand the relationship between the flow patterns of fluids in circular pipes and the Reynolds number Re; observe the flow patterns of steady laminar and turbulent flows in circular pipes, and master the criteria for determining flow regimes in circular pipes; learn the method of applying dimensionless parameters for experimental research, and understand their practical significance.

♥ 1. Demonstrate long-distance laminar flow lines, laminar sublayer, transitional flow, turbulent flow states, and velocity distributions of laminar and turbulent flows;

♥ 2. The animation content can present the structural characteristics of the Reynolds demonstration experimental device and the special structure of the specially designed water tank for stable water flow from multiple angles and in an all-round manner, while using virtual animation to simulate and reproduce the flow states of fluids in different pipelines;

♥ 3. Equipment appearance and dimensions: The device is required to adopt a high-quality aluminum alloy frame with casters, with dimensions no larger than 2200mm×580mm×1780mm (length×width×height).
