Comprehensive Fluid Mechanics Experiment Device
Through this comprehensive device, students can learn no less than 13 teaching knowledge points, including relatively thin pipes, relatively thick pipes, rough thin pipes, rough thick pipes, laminar flow pipes, local valves, abrupt contraction pipes, orifice plate flowmeters, venturi flowmeters, centrifugal pump performance curves, pipeline performance curves, inverted U-tube manometers, and volume method flowmeters.
♥ 1. Through the experimental process, students can be trained in experimental hands-on skills, stimulate innovative thinking, strengthen awareness of experimental design and development, and improve research capabilities;
♥ 2. Capable of measuring the relationship between the straight pipe resistance coefficient λ and Reynolds number Re under laminar flow conditions, as well as the relationship between the resistance coefficient λ and Reynolds number Re of rough straight pipes and smooth straight pipes under turbulent flow conditions;
♥ 3. Capable of measuring the relationship between the local resistance coefficient of the abrupt contraction pipe and the local resistance coefficient ζ of the valve with the Reynolds number Re;
♥ 4. Capable of measuring the flow coefficient C₀ of the orifice plate flowmeter and the flow coefficient Cᵥ of the venturi flowmeter, as well as their relationships with the Reynolds number; measuring the permanent pressure loss of the orifice plate flowmeter and the venturi flowmeter;
♥ 5. Capable of measuring the performance curve of the centrifugal pump and the pipeline performance curve;
♥ 6. The device includes a high-level water tank, an inverted U-tube manometer, and calibration of flowmeters by the volume method;
♥ 7. Equipment appearance and dimensions: The device is equipped with a high-quality aluminum alloy frame with casters, with dimensions no larger than 2200mm×580mm×1800mm (length×width×height);
