Multi – functional Reaction Experiment Device

Through this device, students can simultaneously understand the structures and process flows of gas-solid catalytic fixed bed reactors, fluidized bed reactors, and stirred-tank reactors; and master the methods of conducting catalyst evaluation experiments using different types of reactors.

♥ 1. Fluidized bed reactors, fixed bed reactors, and stirred-tank reactors are equipped with independent preheaters. After mixing, the two raw gases are sent to the inlet of the preheaters of the three reactors via a three-way valve, realizing gas-solid catalytic reactions in the fluidized bed reactor, fixed bed reactor, and stirred-tank reactor.

♥ 2. The heating furnace is easy to open and close, allowing the replacement of different reactors. It uses programmable temperature control with accurate and reliable temperature control precision. The fixed bed is a tubular reactor with customizable specifications, fully reflecting the openness of the experimental device and exercising students’ capabilities in experimental design and development.

♥ 3. The device features safety: it is equipped with safety measures such as over-temperature and over-pressure alarms.

♥ 4. Equipment appearance and dimensions: The device is constructed with a high-quality aluminum alloy frame and casters, with overall dimensions no larger than 2200mm×580mm×1780mm (length×width×height).
